The Island Club is a completed 445-unit apartment complex set around man-made waterways and islands. It is positioned across the Grand Canal from Canal Walk shopping centre.

Knightsbridge

Not completed (March 2006). Knightsbridge is planned to comprise two 15-storey apartment towers, with 198 apartments. The first handovers are expected to take place in May 2006.

Villa Italia

Partially completed, a total of 248 of the 362 apartments had been handed over by March 2006. The remainder of the apartments will be handed over by mid-May 2006.
