Milpark Centre (Milnerton, Cape Town)

Milpark Centre is situated on Koeberg Road in Milnerton (Cape Town), between Joe Slovo Park and Seamount Primary School. The Centre comprises a mix of residential, commercial and retail space with an abundance of parking (about 11670m² of retail and commercial space, 258 parking bays in the basement plus 300 bays on the upper deck).

The net rental income of Milpark centre was approximately R5.6 million per annum around 2005/2006.

Millpark Centre in Milnerton was sold by public auction on the 22nd June at the Arabella Sheraton Hotel in Cape Town (see www.auctionalliance.com).
